Homes range from 1 and 2-bedroom apartments to 2-bedroom Kanso Lofts and 3-bedroom Kanso Residences. Architecture is by Jacobs and interiors are by Kettle Collective. Saadiyat Island is a designated investment zone where non-UAE nationals can acquire freehold title, subject to Aldar's sales terms.
